This course is relevant to anyone who wishes to develop their confidence and assertiveness.
The same principles apply to all roles in life and are equally as useful in helping develop your colleagues', and even your kids’, confidence as they are in developing your own.
The sessions will cover the psychology of the various types of confidence which include self-efficacy (the belief that ‘I can’) and its relationship to self-esteem – which is rooted in what we think we mean to other people and what we think they think about us.
We will begin with the things that undermine our confidence in the first place as it is essential that we understand and tackle those first if we hope to build genuine confidence instead of papering over the cracks.
