It will provide Veterinary nurses with in depth knowledge and skills necessary to run successful nurse consulting sessions, without formal assessment or course work. Nurses studying this course will not achieve the accredited certificate by completing it though they can choose to 'upgrade' to the full certificate should they wish.

This course is the skeleton of the Non-Clinical Certificate in veterinary nurse consulting; CertNCS(RVN Cons) but without the workshop days, course work, assessment and examination component.
As well as looking at Clinical Consulting, considering various different types of consultations and the challenges they can pose, the webinars will also explain and clarify the Legislation that controls the way that veterinary professionals work in practice. Client Satisfaction and Financial Resolution which are so important to the success of veterinary businesses are also covered, and Self-Doubt and Confidence are explored with tips being provided to reduce the former and build the latter, so helping to manage stress and improve resilience.
Each webinar is followed by a series of multiple choice questions but there is no other formal assessment.
You will not be able to use the post-nominals CertNCS(RVN Cons) by completing this course however, Colourful CPD will be able to 'Accredit this Prior Learning' (ie carry forward) should you wish to upgrade to the CertNCS(RVN Cons) which includes an additional online module as well as the work mentioned above.
You must 'Accredit this Prior Learning' within 3 years of the purchase date of this course. There will be additional fees for the extra course content as well as the examination fees to sit and be awarded the CertNCS(RVN Cons).
Completion of this course equates to 15 hours of CPD. There is no time limit on the completion of this course.
