The Farm Animal Bronze level of Colourful CPD's Accredited Veterinary Receptionist Award is delivered as online webinars, followed by a series of multiple choice questions.
The webinars offer the core background knowledge for colleagues who are new to working as a farm animal veterinary receptionist, or provide a refresher for those with more experience in the role.

The Farm Animal Bronze award is suitable for those with no previous veterinary experience, as introductory training, or can act as a pick-me-up for existing farm animal receptionists.
On successful completion of this course, participants will gain the Bronze level of Colourful CPD's Accredited Veterinary Receptionist award and will be able to download their certificate of achievement.

On completion of the Bronze award, the next step is to continue onto the Silver level of Colourful CPD's Accredited Veterinary Receptionist award.
This course is currently being created and will be released in spring 2023.
There isn't much out there for farm receptionists, so it's great to finally see some CPD relevant to my role. I learnt so much from this course, despite having been in the job for some time. Look forward to moving onto the Silver level as soon as it's available!
